The particularly high ratio of malt whiskies in this blend gives a smooth and rich blended Scotch Whisky. The majority of the malt whiskies used in The Talisman come from the Speyside region, which adds to the soft character of the whisky.
Candy, sweet, dark fruit, cream sherry, pepper and hot spices, dusty, floral rye, spirit, slight zestiness, and hints of fresh wood. Fruity and Spicy.

There used to be a 6 year age statement on the bottle, not anymore….
This is the one that started the legend. A giant of Canadian whisky since 1858, CC (nickname) is aged longer than the 3 years (most probably 6) required by law in oak barrels before bottling.
